What is Super Duper Done?

We're a design service that goes beyond creatives to include all the daily stuff most businesses need.

Unlimited projects, really? How?

Yep! We'll work on one project at a time, completely async (we don't attend meetings).

What's the difference between a Daily Project and a Large Project?

Most of the time, a daily project can be completed by one person, while a large project requires multiple skills and people to get it done. 
A landing page for a new product is a daily project—these are all included in your monthly fee.  
A mobile app that competes with Uber is a large project—these include additional costs that you will approve in advance.

What if I need you to come to a meeting?

We are hyper-focused on getting things done, and meetings take a lot of time. We are happy to attend meetings to develop requirements, brainstorm, or for any other reason for $120 per meeting. 

How does billing work?

You can subscribe using credit card or ACH transfer. After your onboarding call, you will receive instructions to set up your payment.

What if I need less than a month of service?

The minimum service period we offer is one month.

Can I get a refund?

We work hard to ensure we're a good fit for your needs, and make our deliverables and timelines clear. If you are unhappy with our work, we'll work with you to make it right.
