We're a design service that goes beyond creatives to include all the daily stuff most businesses need. ###### Unlimited projects, really? How? Yep! We'll work on one project at a time, completely async (we don't attend meetings). ###### What's the difference between a Daily Project and a Large Project? Most of the time, a daily project can be completed by one person, while a large project requires multiple skills and people to get it done.  A landing page for a new product is a daily project—these are all included in your monthly fee.   A mobile app that competes with Uber is a large project—these include additional costs that you will approve in advance. ###### What if I need you to come to a meeting? We are hyper-focused on getting things done, and meetings take a lot of time. We are happy to attend meetings to develop requirements, brainstorm, or for any other reason for $120 per meeting.  ###### How does billing work? You can subscribe using credit card or ACH transfer. After your onboarding call, you will receive instructions to set up your payment. ###### What if I need less than a month of service? The minimum service period we offer is one month. ###### Can I get a refund? We work hard to ensure we're a good fit for your needs, and make our deliverables and timelines clear.
